curls look great on most peopel. if you want the beachy curls and not sprials, curl all your hair and then brush it out and it will give you the wavy curls beach curl lookWhat else can i do with my hair iron?
I asked my hair designer how to create those beachy waves.
Here is the secret: After you flat iron your hair, take like a 1'; section of your hair and wrap it around the OUTSIDE of a 1'; or less (i know it seems small, but it totally works) CURLING IRON. Dont open the curling iron, you have to just hold the curling iron and use the other hand to wrap the hair around the outside and hold it for a few seconds. (I spray hairspray on first so that it holds better). then when you have a whole section of hair done, then just tease it with your fingers. It works great.
use sunsilk satin straight shampoo and conditioner and it will make your hair so much better.
CURLY
After a shower use garnier frutis sleek and shine serum and apply to all of your hair then let it dry on its own.
After shower apply moose to your hair and scruch it while you blow dry it. (i used to think this would not work on my hair cause it would probably cause it to poof out but the curls looked awesome!)
you can start at the base take a section..wrap around twist the iron..open it slightly to feed the hair...until it goes through the iron completely then slide down...nice curls
you can take a foiling comb(for highlights) wrap a small section around the metal part....then apply heat from the iron...this will give you high fashion curls
for waves take a section..start closest to scalp...slide down the hair bending it in ....and out to create beachy waves...
You can take it slide it down the hair in a half circle to add volume to the hair or tuck the ends in
or you can bump it up at the ends for a cute 60's style hairstyle
hope this helps...flat irons are for more than straight hair!
