Ceramic irons are the best. Make sure you use a straightening product (like anti-frizz creme) on your damp hair before drying it to both help straighten it and protect it from the heat of the iron. Once it is straight, a bit of shine serum can help it stay that way. Also, make sure you've got the iron set to the right temp for your hair type.Help with ma hair iron.?
The first thing to do after you shampoo and condition your hair is to blow dry it as straight as possible with a big brush. A Chi blow dryer is wonderful. Then you should proceed in flat ironing your hair. When you flat iron it, iron the section of hair kind of slow pressing the flat irons firmly together so that it will break down the ions in your hair. Your hair should get pretty straight if you use this method. Its universal. I promise.
