How can you scrunch your hair without using a hair iron?

i want to know what inexpensive products you can use and how to do it.How can you scrunch your hair without using a hair iron?
I use Aussie sun-touched shine gel and the sprunch spray, then I blowdry with a diffuser, that works really well for me. The gel is about 3 dollars and so is the hairspray. Just put in the gel, about a dime-size amount, according to how long your hair is, and then blowdry upside down with a diffuser. You can get all this stuff at a drugstore. You can scrunch whiel you blowdry too. Enjoy your new look.How can you scrunch your hair without using a hair iron?
