it does not matter your length just how it works for your hair like you have to buy a special kind to hold in on color. im not white but i would say if its cheap, its not going to work as good. try paul mitchell, you can only buy it from a salon.
Bed Head by Tigi is very good
BedHead products or you can try Glued. Both work well for the messy-styled look.
