You should get some mousse and blow dry your hair upside down... then just tease/back comb and hairspray it into place :]. You don't really need expensive stuff... it's all about the back combing.

Lots of hairspray. Any kind works well, aerosol or non. Also, there is a product that i love that is kind of all-in-one, it's Surf Hair by Garnier Fructis. It's a kind of putty and it works wonders. Wax also works well. But if the haircut is a good one, you won't always need product for it to lay well.

EDIT: i would also get some gloss serum,

so as it doesnt look as dry as those girls' hair.

I have smiliarish hair and I hate how those looks are so dry.

Its possible to have look edgy and have volume AND

have healthy looking hair.

okay well you could get some mousse. and some hair wax, if you want.

you will deffently need hairspray. (i recomend bix sexy hair it works really good) and a comb that the bristles are close together for teasing your hair to get the ';big'; hair effect. and you will deffently need a straightner.

I suppose you should get a good hairspray. I heard that Bed Head and Rave are pretty popular ones to use.
you really don't need any products unless you want it like big.

i suggest bed head hairspray.
