okay so this really works for my hair..i straighten my hair almost every day (which can be bad for your hair) but I use any of the CHI thermal heat protecting sprays (the short bottle or the tall red one) and i spray it into my hands. Then, I gently work through the ends of my hair because those need to be protected most.
