i need to get one before school startsWhat kind of hair iron that doesn't burn my hair and straightens and curls my hair but under $100?
the chii is qud,
Do NOT qet the instyler;
its not that qud %26amp; its 160 bucks.
NOT 14.99$What kind of hair iron that doesn't burn my hair and straightens and curls my hair but under $100?
I would try the TIGI Hardcore flat iron, I am not sure how much it is now but about a year ago I paid around $75 for mine, and it's excellent because it has a heat setting so if you find that a certain temperature is too high and is damaging your hair, you can just turn down the temp setting. It can straighten and curl your hair.
the herstyler, it doesn't burn your hair because it uses steam, and if you're straightening it gives your hair a shiny look, i have one and it works AWESOME. it also curls your hair perfectly too,
my mom got for me for my b-day, and it was around $200, but like the girl above me said you could get one cheaper.
and if you want something really good, sometimes you're gona have to pay a lot
and there's this one pachage ';complete set'; that has everything:hair straightner (that also curls) , curler (small curls) ect..
go to this website for more info: http://www.herstyler.com/
get your hair brush, coke cans, hair pins, blow dryer and Heat Protectant for hair,
CURLS:
Blow dry hair slightly, once your hair is kinda dry but not all the way, place your hair around the coke cans (just like curlers) then blow dry, hairspray and leave it in for atleast 30 min.
Straight:
as you blow dry your hair, spray in hair protectant (5 bucks) and use your hair brush to hold your hair close to your hair dryer. Start from the roots and move down with hair dryer almost touching the brush brissels. thats what i do
I used MAXX.
If you use straight Iron often, make sure you're patient if you have a lot of hair. Cuz i have a lot of hair, n at times i could b too tired to straighten hair in small sections n result in burning my hair.
However, even if you're careful, it will still burn your hair. so depending on how curly your hair is, if it's not too curly, I recommend you to do the chemical straightening. It will cost less at asian salons in the US. depending on how long your hair is, if it's short, probably about 200. It may sound expensive but it cuts the time, effort and money with flat iron. PLUS it will NOT burn your hair!!.
the reason why i recommend chemical straightening for wavy hair is because when the new hair grow out, it won't look too obvious that you had a chemical straightening if your natural curl is not too extreme.
i got a chi about 2 weeks ago and love it!
if you have an ulta store near you they had them on sale for $110 i think im not sure if they still do. and then i printed off a 20% off 1 item coupon and got it for $88 ish. then i also got their iron guard spray. if you dont have an ulta near you. you could check sams club, some stores still ahve a few chis left for around $78 ish, but the store near me only had 2 left and they went really quickly.
Well there isn't really a flat iron or hair straightener that WON'T damage your hair over time. There are a lot of good hair straighteners at drug stores like london drugs and places like that. If you're from the u.s and not canada they probably have similar ones at target or wallgreens or something. Here's the link for some you might like:

I have an Instyler.
and so Does My step-Mom.
They're great :)
You can do Virtually Any Style
and Come out w/ a fun, Funky , Dressy
or Casual Look. And They dont Press Your hair
againist two Iron Plated Like Tradtional Flat Irons.
(: And It does not damage your Hair Nearly as bad.
But You should'nt use any Straightner , everyday.
Because it will surley Damage your hair.
Just, when your going outt :] Try too do it as less
often as possible
I would suggest a Chi, even though they can cost anywhere from $90-$150. A chi will not mess up your hair. Or you can also look into get a Maxxis, it straightens your hair with steam. If you want something good you have to pay for it.
BedHead mine cost $30 and All brn but you can buy some special spray for like $10 or under and you spray it on and it helps prevent too much heat and stuff. Go to cvs and look for that just read the labels. Don't use a cheap brand though.
The HerStyler... I love this thing!
It says most at $99 but i think someone is flooding Ebay. I see there are a few for 34.99 which is what i bought mine for.

Try the instyler. Its really cheap. It can flip, curl, and straighten your hair and doesn't do any damage to it. Its amazing. You can look it up online and get a free trial. Just type in Instyler
all flat irons Damage hair, theirs no difference between Expensive And non expensive irons, They equally burn hair, Remember to use heat protection spray %26amp; i would go on ebay and order a chi. they will probaly sell one for under $100 w/ shipping.
I dont think there is one that will not damage your hair and is under $100. The best thing you can do for your hair (if you like to flat iron it) is just pay the extra amount. Better than getting your hair fried
Reminton Wet to Straight. I've had it for four years and it still does the trick. It seals in moisture, makes my hair straight and sexy, and the style lasts for about a week.
ive never heard of one that straightens and curls. but to prevent burning, just put on the hair protecting stuff before.
please help me:

Any straighteners will burn your hair.. just spray a really good heat protection for your hair. Also these days most straighteners straightens and curls your hair.. Just check on youtube to check tips on how to curl your hair,
None. You probably have pretty enough hair to make the ';big'; cut. I'll bet you are very pretty all by yourself. Clean and fragrant hair is a turn on in itself.
Maybe you can try the INSTYLER it does cost 3 payments of $39.00 but If you buy 1 you get 1 free so....maybe you can get a friend to split the cost. Than you will only pay $60.00 + shipping charges..
the chi is the besssst
I've had 3 of them, best thing to invest in =]
won't burn your hair, and if you buy it on amazon or overstock.com they're only about 80-90$!
this one works realllllly well, and it's on salee! :)

They all burn hair
That's why it's called a straightening IRON and a curling IRON
CHI
answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;/a>
i would look into the instyler. its 1 rotating iron that will both curl or straiten your hair is really cool. and it doesnt damage your hair
The Chi! And Chi products. Don't buy anything cheap like revlon it will more easily burn and snag and break your hair. I learned the hard way
chii
my friend has a chi, it seems to work well because of the ceramic plates or something like that
try a good old fashioned hair dryer and roller brush for straightening and then buy a cheap 10 dollar curling iron
every hair iron is going to burn it but the chii works
ghd. plus they are having a sale at the moment.
