1. I really like the croc... I got mine at target and it gets really hot or if you don't need all the heat you can turn it down. Here is a link to the flay iron but you can get it a bit cheaper at Target and not have to pay for shipping :D

2. Any hair color that is known for deep conditioning. As long as you have a deep condition your hair color will come out looking better no matter the color you choose.
