I have saved enough money to buy myself a good hair iron because the one i have now does not avoid my hair from frizzing in the humidity. So, which hair iron do you recommend?: the; ';CHI';, or the ';GVP';?Which hair iron is better?
Chi.Which hair iron is better?
CHI for sure. I have one, totally AWESOME! lol. I have this massive frizz and when I use my CHI it's like magic. You'll love it. Hope this helps!
CHI for sure
I've heard great thing about CHI. I use their hair products and they work great!
CHI works best from my experience but the very best one for me is Corioliss. btw no hair straightener will prevent hair from frizzing in humidity because humidity is like water in the air
The CHI products are the best. I live in Florida near the coast and it's always humid here. I have waist length naturally blonde hair that gets curly and frizzy easily.
But not since I started using CHI products that my stylist recommended. I use a CHI Ionic professional blow dryer and a CHI straight iron. Worth every penny. Go for it.
chi but my solia works magic :) check it out it out at follica.com
I have the CHI and I absolutely love it. I've used them for years and there is no better straightener. It heats up quickly, you can use it to make many different styles for your hair, and it gives your hair a nice, sleek shiny and healthy look. I have naturally frizzy and curly hair but the chi makes it look so great. Everyone thinks my hair is naturally straight. Really. go for it
Personally, i would recommend the Solia flat iron because it reduces the time you need to straighten hair and gets it silky soft and straight. I love it, and it is wonderful! Also, I have never heard of the GVP, but the CHI has been known to burn hair ( stylist has informed me about this!). The heat can permanently damage your hair. Good Luck!
Really, both irons are good. Its really more about the straightening products you're using. First, always use a heat protectant. I recommend Chi Silk Infusion, available at salons. If you decide to go with a Chi, just be sure its not a wet-to-dry. Its not worth the money, you should NEVER flat iron your hair wet, and it isn't rounded so that you can make curls.
After flat ironing, try using an oil base finishing product like Rusk Super Shine, Tigi Dream Drops, or Paul Mitchell Shine Serum. They will really help fight frizziness and keep your hair looking healthy and shiny.
