What does nanotechnology in hair irons means?

Is it the same thing as ions? Or does it mean something else? What does nanotechnology in hair irons means?
i have a nanotechnolegy iron if you read box or directions it should tell youWhat does nanotechnology in hair irons means?
Product companies love to use high tech, scientific sounding language to make their product sound better...but really, the words they use make no sense if you really knew what they meant in the scientific world. Such as nanotechnology...this is just the study of nanoparticles, which are very very tiny particles that are found everywhere. An ion is basically just an element with a positive or negative charge. Basically, you wont notice a difference in the product...and it wont actually do anything miraculous to your hair, it's just a gimmick so don't spend extra money on it.
