i just went to the barber and he use the iron thongs to straiten my hair.it feel really nice and soft but i was wondering how long will it last...will my hair be straight forever???will it still be soft?? my friends says it will be back to normal in a few hours!!!!the barber did not use any straitering cream just iron thongs.....plz help....Straitering hair iron thongs...HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
Your friends are right. Unless you use a relaxer (which usually last 6 mos. depending on how fast your hair grows back), it will spring back to its normal condition. It will be soft as long as your hair manages to be soft, but with an iron, that burns the hair and will probably dry it out. The hairdresser just used straighteners. Invest in a pair of GHD straightening irons (do a google), and if you have short hair get the small ones. You wont know how you ever lived without them.
They cost about 拢90... SERIOUSLY worth the investment - ask your parents to get them for your birthday etc
It will go back to normal when you wash your hair. Why don't you buy a pair of straightening tongs.
