From the pics that I have seen, it looks like they use a handy flat iron (I recommend a small ceramic one, no large that 1'; across), and some paul mitchell products, I also recommend you getting some sort of layers cut into our hair with a razor, this will give you that whimsical flip and bounce so typical of these hairstyles.



Or you could always go to a salon and show them a pic of what you want.
