Personally, I dont really think that any female celebreties in America have really nice hair..
I tend to like a lot of foreign celebreties...
Female celebs here tend to dye their hair more than a hair dye company when testing out new products.
It just makes their hair look nasty to me.Im more of a fan of celebs like Koda Kumi who dont have hair that looks like it came out of a deep fryer

Denise Richards! her hair is all natural, no extentions. it's so pretty! but i also like Jessica and Ashlee Simpson's hair. their stylist, Ken Paves, is great.

Camilla Belle! Her hair always looks gorgeous, no matter how she wears it!
