The Big Deal Over Celebrity Hair?

What I'd really like to know, is that why is it when a celebrity has a funky new hairdo, people go bonkers for it?





I had an asymmetrical bob (I.E. Victoria Beckham) two years before she shows up with one...and now all of a sudden it's ';cool'; hair to have.





Why don't more ';real people'; get acknowledged for their cool and creative hairstyles more often?





I have a few hairdresser friends who do wonderful, creative work, but since they're going at these 'dos on average everyday people, they're not paid or recognized as much as a person who does the same work on a high profile client.The Big Deal Over Celebrity Hair?
