What is wrong with my hair iron? T)_T PLease help?

OKay I had this thing for 2 weeks, I bought it off ebay, and it was used but it came really new it hasn't given me any trouble since!








The only thing I'm worried about is last night it was on my desk but when I woke up (I think my cat did it) it was on the ground. i have carpet though.





And I drop hair irons in the past on FLOOR!





So anywhoo I try going up to 430 like I usually do, but it just staying on 86! T_T
