How do you straighten hair without a hair iron?

My hair is really damn curly, but my mom won't let me go and get it straightened. I need to know how to straighten it without using a hair iron. LOW COST would be nice..How do you straighten hair without a hair iron?

A BLOW DRYER, POWERFUL, mine is 1875 (they all cost around the same OR use what you have -that will work too.


GET A BRUSH, it must have a lot of bristles and be fairly stiff %26amp; a flat one is better than a round one, not huge -(The brush is what we're talkin'about)


Towel dry your hair so when you put your hand fast through it, water wouldn't really come from it.


Then, take the brush %26amp; from underneath your hair, push up the hair with the brush(your hair is being held up by you with your brush - hold it while the blow dryer blows the hair down. Keep doing this until it's straight. In the front, take the brush


closest to your head, and brush your hair back. Hold the hair back w/the brush %26amp; let the dryer blow it down or forward straight. I hope you can follow what I am saying. Then @ the end, when your hair is dry, use either,Bumble and Bumble defrizz 2FL oz for $13


and it will blend broken or stick up hair without grease -try anything cheaper and you are going to get greassy no matter what. If you want fun spiky hair, use any hair wax -doesn't matter what kind.


Pays to ask! Heather is right but w/out VO5 miracle mist you will ruin your hair using a curling iron to straighten. It works, but if your a guy, most girls can't figure out how to do it! A regulaur iron will burn you somewhere, take my word for it.How do you straighten hair without a hair iron?
well there is this stff u put in yor hair when its damp that straightens your hair and then u blowdry it so look in walmart in he hair product section and see if theres any hair straightening balm or something
use a iron that u use for clothes thats the old skool way of doin it.
I know it sounds wierd but use a curling iron. She said you couldn't use a straightening iron but this is not the same (haha). If you dont roll your hair in the end of it, you can pull your hair straight through just the same as a staightening iron and get the same results! This way you aren't using a straightening iron but are getting the same, daily, reliable results. Good luck!
