I bought 20 hair straighteners and on the checkout stated 拢1 each so I went through with purchase and paid in full via paypal. They have now refunded me in full and emailed stating error on their website. Are they Legally obliged to sell them to me?? Any help much appreciated.Bought 20 hair irons for 拢1 each %26amp; paid via paypal.Been refunded and stated error on web. What can I do?
That's a hard question to answer in generalities. Often a business (website or not) will state ';E%26amp;OE'; or ';Errors and omissions excepted';, or a similar statement that excuses mistakes they make. And who doesn't make mistakes? Should you profit unreasonably because they made a mistake?

Often a store (this may depend on the local laws where they are located) will have a policy to honour a mistaken, unreasonably low price, but that is their choice; they absorb the cost to mollify a customer. But until you have paid for an item title doesn't pass to you. If they had already accepted your payment and RECEIVED it, you could argue that title passed to you. But, since they gave you your money back and you ';accepted'; it..electronically and no doubt, automatically...then they still own their irons and you still own your money.I don't think it'd be worth pursuing.
