Does hair styling products cause baldness?

I heard that the alcohol used in hair spry, moose, gel, ect., cause your follicles to stop making hair forever. I use alot of that stuff, is it true?Does hair styling products cause baldness?
no it won't cause baldness as long as you wash your head at least every other day. my mom is a cosmetologist and i asked her that before and the only thing that can really cause baldness is gentics and maybe wearing a ball cap all the time. your hair needs blood circulation and the ball cap could cut off some of that circulation but no hair products can not cause baldness. ^_^Does hair styling products cause baldness?

hair grows when cells die, basically hair is just dead cells, nothing can stop hair growing unless it's a disease like apoplecia. (i might not have spelled that right!)
