Could I get a perm to avoid using rollers and irons and just have this sort of look?Question about celebrity hair for stylists?
Nope! A perm will never look like that. Go to the dollar store and buy large velcro rollers. When your hair is dry, spray section w/ hairspray, roll in the roller, when your head is done being rolled spray again w/ your hairspray, lightly blow dry with cold. Remove rollers. i dont think so. perms are much curlier.

or you will be committing a huge fashion crime plus this look your aiming to it cannot be done with perms they can be easily done in 10 minutes or less with a curling iron or hot rollers(which i use and adore)what's wrong with them that makes want to take drastic measures....?
I think so..
